PURPOSE OF ROLE
Working in Global Planning & Inventory Excellence team means that you are part
of the Global Supply Chain function. Your duty station is in Oriflame Global
Support Office located in Delhi, India. You will be working in an expert
position, acting as center of knowledge, both from system and process
perspective. You will actively ensure best practice sharing inside Global
Planning and with other departments. You will be responsible for ensuring high
level of knowledge and expertise among Planners and supporting Business
Process Owners, embracing processes and procedures, as well as actively
driving constant improvements. You will be main GP representative in GSC
projects and in contacts with Global IT Solution Experts and GSC Process
Expert. Important area of focus for your role is also overseeing end-to-end
planning process and ensure process are executed within agreed scope. You will
be responsible for driving Global Planning internal communication process
around proactive identification of all service risks in short, mid and long
horizons to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and high service levels
while inventory is kept at balanced levels. You will be supporting Global
Planning Management with analysis, expertise and advice to ensure optimal
decisions are made and right business prioritization is done. You will
contribute to strategic alignment of initiatives and projects in Global
Planning portfolio and maximize their contribution to Oriflame growth drivers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Increasing customer centric approach inside the team, driving performance
focused culture by proactive tracking and reporting Global Planning KPIs to
GP management and teams, including deep dive analysis and forward-looking
projections.

Providing GP management with analysis of current availability situation,
monitoring future service outlooks, including building and driving
comprehensive mitigation plans in case of service risk.

Proactively analyze system, processes and procedures in constant seek for
improvements and efficiency increase.

Monitor quality of data and ensure correct master data and parameters set up
in supply chain systems (JDA, IFS, BI, SCPortal).

Acting as guardian of Global Planning processes, ensuring they are followed
and updated in case of improvements/changes required.

Representing GP in GSC projects, as well as actively participate in internal
initiatives, additionally securing business consistency of planning process
in case of project changes required.

Actively managing communication inside Global Planning department, ensuring
trust and mutual understanding between teams and timely sharing of key
valuable information.

Driving Global Planning internal communication process around proactive

CHARACTERISTICS
In the role of Global Process Expert/ Master Planner SP, you will be playing
an important role within Global Planning department. To be successful in this
role you have to be curious about how and why things are working and have
interest in systems and information flow. You should be keen on driving
changes and improvements of processes, systems and working procedures. You
need to be proactive, think out of the box and willing to work outside of your
strict responsibility list. You need to understand and consider end-to-end
consequences of proposed actions, solutions and decisions and not be afraid to
speak up while representing your team on cross-functional forum. You should
have expert knowledge from Supply Chain area, be able to conduct complex
analysis and build scenarios required for decision making process. You need to
understand Oriflame business, especially link of supply chain into sales and
marketing processes. The work environment is fast moving and entrepreneurial.
Constant change is common state, plans are frequently adjusted, and you need
to be flexible, capable of working with massive amount of changing data, adapt
quickly and make on point decisions in critical situations. You enjoy this
role if you are proactive, curious, not afraid to take responsibility on you
and creative in solving problems.

needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
-
Educational degree: Master degree in Supply Chain, Data Science or similar

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Supply Chain or associated area, ideally
within FMCG, planning functions is a must
-
Certified Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt (or above) and hands on experience.

Very good English communication skills, with the ability to communicate at
all levels
-
Experience and very well understanding of planning system solutions (JDA,
SAP APO, Microsoft Axapta or similar)
-
Experienced in programming language for data analysis such as, SQL, Phyton,
R, etc.

Experience in Business Intelligent tools, such as Power BI, Tableau,
Metabase, Google Data Studio, etc.

Cross-functional collaboration experience is required

Strong sense of responsibility and ownership

Capability to react on dynamic environment and take decisions based on
analysis and facts is a must.

Supply/Distribution/Demand/ Inventory Planning experience in an
international environment and matching profile against skills and competency
model is preferable

Experience in system implementations is an advantage
- ITIL4 certified is an advantage

Relevant training/ certification in Supply chain domain is an advantage

Familiar with Project Management framework (Waterfall/ Agile/ hybrid) is an
advantage
