THE OPPORTUNITY

We are at an inflection point. Five years in, with a proven track record and a blue-chip client roster, MOI is ready to scale aggressively. We are looking for a seasoned business leader - someone who has built pipelines, closed enterprise deals, and navigated the nuances of the Indian marketing ecosystem at the highest level. This is an executive seat. You will work directly with the founders to define the next chapter of MOI’s growth, owning revenue strategy, new business development, and high-value partnerships end-to-end.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Revenue Leadership: Own and drive MOI’s overall revenue strategy - identifying growth vectors, setting targets, and holding accountability for outcomes.
• Business Development: Build and manage a robust new business pipeline, from prospecting and outreach through to pitch and close.
• Pitching & Closing: Lead all high-stakes pitches with compelling, insight-led proposals that distinguish MOI in a competitive market.
• Growth Strategy: Identify adjacent service verticals and whitespace opportunities; lead go-to-market for new offerings.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience: 8- 12+ years of progressive experience in business development, growth strategy, or sales leadership, ideally within marketing, media, or creative agencies.
• Network: An established network of brand and marketing leaders across beauty, FMCG, lifestyle, or e-commerce categories.
• Track Record: Demonstrated success growing agency revenues - not just maintaining accounts, but meaningfully expanding them.
• Leadership: Prior P&L ownership or leadership-level accountability for a revenue function.
• Communication: Exceptional pitch craft - you can distil a complex brief into a narrative that wins rooms.
• Instinct: A sharp commercial instinct paired with genuine curiosity about culture, content, and what makes brands resonate.
