Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer with specialization on working with multiple Data Analytics & Visualization/ Self-serving Business Intelligence platforms like Qlik Cloud, Power BI etc. to design, develop, and optimize enterprise‑grade analytics solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise across data engineering concepts, and end‑to‑end dashboard development, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and support business decision‑making.

The Candidate also needs to have good experience with development and management of ETL or ELT data pipelines along Data warehousing principles on various Cloud Data platforms.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Analytics development platforms like Qlik Cloud and Power BI.
• Experience in project management, planning, and milestone tracking using tools such as Excel, Jira, or other PM systems.
• Strong understanding of data platform development, ETL pipeline design, and data orchestration.
• Proficient in dashboard development, data modelling, and ad‑hoc reporting using Excel.
• Expertise in data transformation, QVD optimization, and efficient data layer design.
• Experienced in designing, architecting, developing, and deploying dashboards and analytical applications on various well known reporting tools and platforms.
• Strong front-end development capabilities with knowledge of visualization standards and best practices.
• Strong skills in database design, SQL scripting, and understanding of data warehousing (OLAP/Dimensional modelling).
• Experience working with major RDBMS such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
• Hands On working with API of various SAAS platforms like Jira, Salesforce, ServiceNow etc. and implementing efficient data ingestion and storing techniques to reduce data fresh times.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes involving incremental extraction, transformation, and loading from diverse data sources.
• Good knowledge of Qlik platform administration including user/role management, Spaces, access controls, and gateway configurations.
• Ability to troubleshoot data issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and build robust and resilient data models that handle data quality exceptions.
• Strong communication skills (verbal/written) to translate technical insights and collaborate with clients and business stakeholders.
• Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation, data dictionaries, and solution design documents.
