About the Role -

 

Our US based client is looking for an Accountant with experience working on SaaS-based platforms. The candidate will be responsible for managing accounting operations, reconciliations, invoicing, reporting, and financial coordination in a fast-paced work environment.

 

Key Responsibilities -

Handle daily accounting entries and bookkeeping activities

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), hourly revenue and billing calculations, 

Process invoices, payments, debit notes, and credit notes

Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations

Prepare MIS reports and support month-end closing activities

Work on SaaS/cloud-based systems for financial data management and reporting

Coordinate with internal stakeholders for billing and payment follow-ups

Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and documentation

Support audit and compliance activities

 

Qualification -

B.Com / M.Com preferred

Experience in SaaS-driven or process-oriented organizations preferred
