Overview

ToneFuse is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation & Support Specialist to help expand our advertising footprint. This role is central to our growth strategy, focusing on identifying and connecting with high-quality publishers specifically within the Apple TV and Apple Music ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary goal is to build a robust pipeline of potential partners. Your daily tasks will include:

Strategic Hunting: Identify and vet digital publishers and content creators who align with ToneFuse’s advertising standards for Apple TV and Apple Music.
Contact Research: Utilize various tools and platforms to track down key decision-makers (Publishers, Ad Ops Managers, Business Development Leads) and secure accurate contact information.
Data Management: Maintain a clean and organized database. You will be responsible for inputting and updating lead information in Excel and/or Salesforce to ensure the sales team has a seamless workflow.
Outreach Support: Assist in the initial stages of contact to ensure leads are qualified before being passed up the chain.

Requirements

Research Savvy: You know how to dig deep into the internet to find "hard-to-get" information.
Tool Proficiency: High comfort level with Microsoft Excel and experience (or a quick ability to learn) Salesforce CRM.
Organized Mindset: You enjoy turning a messy list of names into a structured, actionable spreadsheet.
Interest in Media: A basic understanding of the Apple ecosystem (TV/Music) and digital advertising is a major plus.
Consistency: Ability to maintain high energy and focus during the designated shift hours.
