Position Title: Executive – Legal & Compliance
Location: Gurugram
Key Objectives and Major Responsibilities:
· Ensuring secretarial compliances for all group entities located in different global jurisdictions including organizing board, shareholders and committee meetings and undertaking compliances related thereto.
· Undertaking necessary filings with ROC, RBI, Companies House, Secretary of State and other statutory authorities.
· Liaising with statutory authorities and coordinating with consultants across the globe for corporate secretarial matters.
· Assisting in management of global compliance framework/tool.
· Assisting in undertaking compliance audits at regular intervals.
· Assisting in formulation and framing of policies and procedures for ensuring good corporate governance.
· Monitoring contractual compliances.
· Identifying and keeping abreast of relevant changes in regulatory requirements in view of business activities on a global basis.
Qualification and Experience
Ø Qualified Company Secretary (ACS)
Ø Attention to detail.
Ø Must have excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Ø Quick turnaround time.
Ø 1 to 2 years of experience in compliance and corporate secretarial matters.
Ø Experience working with senior individuals.
