Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored consulting services.
Project Management: Lead and manage consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Industry Expertise: Utilize deep knowledge of the insurance industry to provide insights and recommendations on best practices, market trends, and regulatory changes.
Solution Development: Develop and implement innovative solutions to address client challenges, including process optimization, technology integration, and risk management.
Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to clients.
Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to enhance their understanding of industry trends and best practices.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on consulting or advisory roles.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with digital transformation and technology integration in the insurance industry.
Familiarity with Duck Creek or other platforms preferred
