Sr Manager - Privacy

This is a Sr manager role for Gurgaon location and budget is 30 LPA.

 

 

• Assist the DPO in ensuring ongoing compliance with data protection laws across the organization.

• Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs).

• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of data privacy policies and procedures.

• Provide subject-matter expertise to business units on privacy and data protection issues.

• Monitor and respond to data subject access requests (DSARs).

• Assist the legal team in reviewing third-party and client contracts for privacy clauses and compliance.

• Maintain the data processing activities register (Article 30 under GDPR).

• Participate in audits and regulatory reporting related to data protection.

• Support training and awareness programs for employees on privacy best practices.

• Stay up to date with evolving data protection regulations and advise stakeholders accordingly.
