State Sales Manager
Job Summary:
The State Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing
state-level sales and business strategies that align with the organization's
overarching objectives. This role plays a crucial part in driving sales
growth, managing distributor networks, and mentoring the sales team to achieve
exceptional performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute state-level sales and business strategies in alignment

Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve set monthly, quarterly, and
annual business targets.

Manage and strengthen the distributor and dealer network across the state to
enhance market presence.

Identify and appoint new distributors and dealers to expand market reach and
improve distribution capabilities.

market penetration strategies.

effective competitive positioning.

Lead and mentor the state sales team, setting clear targets and KPIs while

Requirements:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in any field.
