Senior Software Engineer (AI) — Full Stack

Overview

Years of Experience: 5-7 years (3+ in full stack development, 1+ in GenAI/LLM systems)

Technical Skills

Frontend

Strong React/Next.js development including state management, server components, and streaming UI

patterns

Experience building AI-powered interfaces (chat UIs, real-time responses, typing indicators)

Proficient with TypeScript, modern CSS, and frontend testing

Backend & Data

Strong Python backend development with FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and Alembic

Solid understanding of data modeling and API design patterns

Proficient with PostgreSQL

Working knowledge of caching technologies (Redis, Valkey)

AI/ML

Experience building GenAI features including prompt engineering and RAG implementations

Understands LLM evaluation approaches and can implement testing strategies

Exposure to traditional ML and text processing concepts

Infrastructure

Working knowledge of distributed systems; has worked with Kafka or similar streaming technology

Comfortable with Docker and Kubernetes deployments

Experience deploying services on AWS or GCP; familiar with MaaS frameworks Leadership & Soft Skills

Participates in technical refinement and can communicate with stakeholders when needed

Supports mentorship of mid-level engineers on both frontend and backend best practices

Contributes to architectural discussions and code review across the full stack
