Financial Planning Analyst - Service Department
Job Summary:
The Financial Planning Analyst for the Service Department at CELLECOR GADGETS
LIMITED will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and
performance. This position is crucial for analyzing and optimizing financial
resources, enhancing profitability, and providing insights to support
data-driven decision-making for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual Profit & Loss
(P&L) statements for the Service Department.

Monitor departmental budgets and ensure optimal utilization of financial
resources.

Analyze service-related expenses such as manpower costs, warranty costs,
logistics, spare parts, and service center operational expenses.

Review Balance Sheet impact related to service operations, inventory, and
provisions.

Develop MIS reports, dashboards, and performance scorecards for management
review.

Evaluate service productivity, engineer utilization, turnaround time (TAT),
first-time fix rate, and operational efficiency.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements to
enhance profitability.
Requirements:

MBA or an equivalent postgraduate/professional qualification from a
recognized institution.

5+ years of experience in Business Finance, Commercial Finance, Service
Operations Finance, FP&A, or Financial Controlling.

Strong expertise in Budgeting, Forecasting, P&L Management, Balance Sheet
Analysis, Cost Management, and Business Analytics.

Experience in Consumer Electronics, Appliances, or Service Operations
environments preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify
operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, MIS Reporting, and Financial Modeling.

Experience working closely with senior leadership and operational teams.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in developing effective Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for
financial and service operations.
