Project Manager - Real Estate
Job Summary:
The Project Manager will lead and oversee residential real estate projects
from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within
scope, and budget. This role directly impacts the company’s ability to execute
successful real estate deals and enhance client satisfaction through
exceptional project execution and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and close residential real estate projects according to
strict deadlines and within budget constraints.

Utilize AutoCAD to create and modify project plans while collaborating with
multidisciplinary teams to ensure feasibility and compliance with
engineering and construction standards.

Conduct thorough project estimation and requirements analysis to prepare
detailed project proposals and budgets.

Engage in deal execution processes by coordinating with architects,
engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate project
development.

Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to
ensure successful completion and client satisfaction.

Implement strategic planning initiatives to optimize project workflows and
resource allocation.

Prepare and deliver regular project updates and reports to senior management
and stakeholders, highlighting milestones and potential risks.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related
field.

3-6+ years of hands-on project management experience, preferably within the
residential real estate domain.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software tools.

Strong knowledge of project planning, construction processes, and project
estimation techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:
