Backend Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining scalable web applications and backend services, directly impacting our ability to deliver outstanding products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop robust backend services using Node.js while ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the frontend.
• Design and optimize RESTful APIs for efficient data flow and secure client-server communication.
• Implement and manage database schemas, queries, and performance optimizations primarily using PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to debug issues, enhance code quality, and implement new features.
• Adhere to best practices for coding standards, exception handling, and modular architecture in all development processes.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and iterative development using Agile methodologies to ensure continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions and improvements.

Requirements:

• B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages including C, C++, JavaScript, and Java.
• Strong experience with backend technologies such as Node.js and frameworks like Spring Boot.
• Hands-on expertise in working with databases including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Solid understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Operating Systems (OS), and Database Management Systems (DBMS).
• Experience with microservices architecture and large-scale system design.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and messaging systems like Kafka.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in developing full-stack web applications using frontend technologies such as Vue.js or React.js.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize application performance and enhance user experience.
• Prior participation in Agile development environments with a focus on collaborative, iterative processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues independently.
• Interest in contributing to open-source projects or other community engagement initiatives.
