Telecaller (Remote)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic team. This remote position plays a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer relationships through effective communication and personalized outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers through outbound calls to promote our products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify new leads and potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide support to resolve concerns in a professional manner.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets to achieve sales objectives.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop effective scripts and strategies for outreach.
• Gather feedback from customers to enhance service quality and improve processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive phone manner.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
