Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with 5-6 years of hands-on experience in static equipment to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for the design, analysis, and improvement of our mechanical components, contributing significantly to the efficiency and reliability of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop static equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Conduct detailed analysis and simulations to evaluate performance and reliability of mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in a timely manner.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all design processes, calculations, and changes.
• Review and analyze project requirements to provide technical recommendations and improvements.
• Participate in project planning, including timelines and resource allocation for mechanical design tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5-6 years of hands-on experience specifically with static equipment design.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for product design and analysis.
• Strong understanding of mechanical principles and experience with relevant industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or working towards obtaining one.
• Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) tools to assess static equipment performance.
• Knowledge of pressure vessel and piping codes (ASME, API, etc.).
• Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role within engineering teams.
