Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will design and develop innovative mechanical systems, contributing to projects that enhance our product offerings and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct design and analysis of mechanical components and systems using CAD software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.
• Prepare and present technical documentation and reports for project stakeholders.
• Participate in the development of prototypes and conduct rigorous testing to ensure product reliability.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues, providing effective and timely solutions.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of engineering processes and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in mechanical design and development.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Understanding of materials science and mechanical properties.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with project management and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD).
• Internship experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Certification as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or professional engineer (PE) is a plus.
