Software Engineer - Team Lead
Job Summary:
The Software Engineer - Team Lead will play a pivotal role in driving our software development projects, leading and mentoring a team of talented engineers. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, promoting best practices in coding and design.

- Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing resources, timelines, and team dynamics.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Demonstrated experience with software development methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop junior engineers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools to enhance deployment processes.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus.
