AUTOSAR Developer
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AUTOSAR Developer with over 10 years in the
automotive domain to join our innovative team. This role is pivotal in
designing and implementing automotive software solutions that enhance vehicle
performance, safety, and efficiency, directly impacting the future of smart
mobility.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop AUTOSAR-compliant software components for various
automotive systems including powertrain, infotainment, and ADAS.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather software requirements and
ensure integration with other vehicle systems.

Implement and test software modules in accordance with ASPICE and ISO 26262
standards to ensure safety and quality.

Perform root cause analysis for software defects and enhance system
reliability through rigorous debugging and problem-solving methods.

Contribute to architectural reviews and technical discussions to guide the
evolution of the project software stack.

Maintain technical documentation of software design and architecture to
support compliance and future development.

Mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and
innovation within the team.
Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or
a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development for automotive
applications, with a strong focus on AUTOSAR.

Proficient in C/C++ programming, with extensive knowledge of embedded
systems.

Deep understanding of AUTOSAR architecture, including Classic and Adaptive
platforms.

Experience with software development tools such as Vector, DaVinci, and EB
tresos.

Familiarity with automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, and
Ethernet.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work
independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in relevant automotive or software development methodologies
(e.g., ASPICE, ISO 26262).

Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira,
Confluence).

Knowledge of Model-Based Design (MBD) using tools like MATLAB/Simulink.
- Experience in vehicle diagnostics and the use of OBD-II protocols.
