What You’ll Work On

• Founder-led outbound sales: Research prospects, identify decision-makers, personalize LinkedIn outreach, qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline.
• Prospect research: Identify companies with strong buying signals such as high video/content needs, AI adoption, marketing activity, L&D/training requirements, etc.
• Build prospect lists: Map target companies, use cases, decision-makers and the right outreach approach across industries and geographies.
• Email outreach: Run personalized outbound campaigns, manage follow-ups and improve messaging based on response data.
• Partnerships & distribution: Identify and build partnerships with agencies, SaaS companies, AI companies, resellers, consultants, communities and other ecosystem players.
• Inbound lead conversion: Qualify marketing leads and product sign-ups, understand their needs and move them toward demos/trials.
• Product demos & trial activation: Conduct relevant demos, help prospects get started with GaiN, handle objections and gather customer feedback.
• VC & ecosystem strategy: Explore partnerships with VCs, accelerators and startup communities to create high-leverage distribution opportunities.
• GTM research: Identify high-potential industries, personas, use cases, competitors, buying signals and effective sales channels.

Success Metrics

Success will be measured by quality of research, qualified opportunities, meetings/demos, trial activations, partnerships, GTM experiments, learning speed and ownership — not just the number of emails/messages sent.

Who We’re Looking For

• Curious, driven and commercially minded
• Interested in AI, startups and SaaS
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Comfortable with cold outreach and prospect research
• Good at writing personalized messages/emails
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, CRM, spreadsheets and prospecting tools
• Able to identify high-potential prospects and buying signals
• Self-driven, quick to learn and comfortable experimenting
• Prior sales experience is not mandatory; mindset and execution matter more.
