LLM S3 Annotator (OpenClaw Trajectory Specialist)

Job Summary:

This role is crucial for the production and validation of advanced OpenClaw trajectories, which supports research tasks requiring complex reasoning. As an S3 Annotator, you will leverage your analytical skills to contribute to pioneering AI systems within a dynamic and diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and validate OpenClaw trajectories for complex, research-oriented tasks.
Conduct data analysis, web research, and document synthesis tasks as required.
Operate under underspecified or ambiguous goals, making logical and defensible decisions.
Utilize Python (including notebooks and scripts) for data processing, automation, and analysis.
Perform workflows spanning multiple tools, environments, and applications.
Document actions and their rationale clearly for future reference and iteration.
Review and enhance trajectory quality focusing on reasoning depth and correctness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine evaluation standards and annotation frameworks.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Python / Bash, with a strong focus on notebooks and data wrangling.
Background in research, data science, engineering, or related fields (academic or industry).
Experience with OpenClaw or similarly advanced environments.
Proficiency in web research, scraping tools, and data analysis workflows.
Ability to articulate reasoning behind decisions and the steps taken.
Experience managing multi-step workflows across various tools or platforms.
Familiarity with LLM-based tools, AI systems, or agency-oriented workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

Academic research experience, including theses, publications, or lab work.
Knowledge of evaluation methodologies or experimental design.
Experience in AI evaluation, Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), or advanced annotation workflows.
