Lead Product Manager

Job Summary:

As the Lead Product Manager at Petpooja, you will play a crucial role in shaping our product strategy and driving the development of AI-powered solutions. This position demands a strong technical acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills, enabling you to transform complex challenges into scalable product offerings that enhance customer experience and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers to ensure alignment with product vision and strategic goals.
Drive the development and execution of product roadmaps across multiple streams, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define product requirements and specifications.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and data-driven insights to inform product decisions and prioritizations.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather input, present product updates, and ensure alignment on project objectives.
Evaluate and oversee the implementation of AI technologies to enhance product functionalities and user experience.
Monitor KPIs and product performance metrics to continuously optimize and iterate on product strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager in a technology-driven environment, preferably with a focus on AI solutions.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable product strategies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the restaurant or food service industry is highly desirable.
Familiarity with machine learning concepts and their application in product development.
Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
