This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can operate as Business Head of the hardware

▪ Identify white-space opportunities and build new hardware-led business lines within the FI ecosystem.

2. Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

▪ Build and deepen strategic relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, distributors, and system

integrators.

▪ Structure commercial partnerships, exclusivity arrangements, and co-go-to-market models with

leading OEMs.

▪ Position FIA as the preferred distribution and deployment partner for FI-grade hardware in India.

3. Enterprise / Institutional Sales

▪ Lead large enterprise and institutional sales across Banks, Government Departments, BC Networks,

NBFCs, and Corporates.

▪ Own strategic bid management including tenders, RFPs, rate contracts, GeM opportunities, and

empanelment.

▪ Drive closure of large-ticket deployment mandates and national rollouts.

4. Commercial & Operational Excellence

▪ Develop pricing, margin, and inventory strategies to optimize profitability and working capital.

FIA Technology Services Private Limited

▪ Partner with supply chain and operations teams to ensure inventory planning, fulfilment excellence,

and deployment SLAs.

▪ Establish governance around collections, partner profitability, and after-sales support.

5. Market Intelligence & Product Strategy

▪ Track regulatory developments, certification standards, and evolving hardware requirements in the FI

ecosystem.

▪ Evaluate emerging technologies and products; recommend portfolio expansion opportunities.

▪ Provide market feedback to OEMs and internal stakeholders for product enhancement and roadmap

planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

▪ 15+ years of experience in hardware/device sales with significant exposure to BFSI, Financial

Inclusion, or Enterprise Hardware ecosystems.

▪ Proven track record of managing large hardware portfolios or business verticals with revenue

accountability.

▪ Strong relationships across OEMs, Banks, BC Networks, Government procurement agencies, and

enterprise channels.

▪ Deep understanding of Financial Services hardware ecosystem including Aadhaar authentication

devices, MATMs, and certification/compliance frameworks.

▪ Experience in government procurement, GeM, tendering, banking RFPs, and institutional sales.
