SAP Cloud ALM Implementation Specialist
Job Summary:
The SAP Cloud ALM Implementation Specialist will design and implement
solutions that align with the client's SAP landscape and improve application
lifecycle management. This role involves configuring SAP Cloud ALM to meet
customer requirements while ensuring seamless integration with other SAP
solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:

Define the overall architecture for SAP Cloud ALM in accordance with the
customer's SAP landscape.

Ensure integration with other SAP solutions, including SAP S/4HANA and SAP
SuccessFactors.

Set up SAP Cloud ALM in alignment with customer requirements and SAP best
practices.

Customize application lifecycle management tools such as Change Control
Management and Incident Management.

Continuously monitor SAP Cloud ALM and associated systems for availability,
performance, and security.

Identify and manage incidents, coordinating with SAP support for critical
issues to enhance service availability.

Handle change requests related to SAP Cloud ALM system configurations,
following proper change control procedures.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
field.
- Proven experience in SAP Cloud ALM implementation and support.

Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and other SAP
solutions.

Experience in system monitoring, alerting, and reporting configurations
within SAP Cloud ALM.

Knowledge of incident and problem management processes, including SLAs and
KPIs.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous
improvement.

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams
and clients.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SAP best practices for application lifecycle management.

Certifications in SAP solutions, particularly related to SAP Cloud ALM.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

Familiarity with cloud-based services and modern software development
practices.
