Growth & Partnerships Lead

Role Overview

The Growth & Partnerships Lead – Futures will be responsible for building and scaling the Giottus Futures trading ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Partnerships (AP)

Build and scale a high-performance affiliate partner network for Giottus Futures.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying high-performing affiliates within the Equity/Crypto trading ecosystem
• Managing affiliate performance and incentives
• Building long-term volume-generating partnerships

Sub-Broker & Trading Community Distribution

Build partnerships with organizations and individuals managing trader networks, including:

• Sub brokers
• Trading academies
• Derivatives training programs
• Trading signal communities
• Independent trading mentors

Create structured programs that allow them to bring their trading communities to Giottus.

Team Building & Leadership

Within the first 12 months, the Growth & Partnerships Lead will be expected to:

• Build and lead a high-performing partnerships and growth team
• Create scalable partner management processes and incentive structures
• Establish Giottus Futures as a well-recognized platform within the active trader ecosystem

Ideal Candidate

Experienced in working as BD in Equity Brokerages/Crypto Exchanges handling affiliate partner like Franchisees, Sub-brokers, Authorised partners or Remisers.

Required Experience

3–8 years of experience in at least one of the following areas:

• Affiliate partnerships
• Trading platform growth
• Brokerage or distribution partnerships
• Trader community development
• Institutional trader onboarding
