AI Engineer Full Stack

Role Overview :
We are looking for a Full Stack AI Engineer to design, develop, and industrialize Generative AI and data-driven applications . The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Python, GenAI, RAG, FastAPI, cloud technologies, frontend development, and DevOps . The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the complete technology lifecycle — from AI prototyping and application development to API integration, frontend development, cloud deployment, CI/CD, monitoring, and production operations.

Key Responsibilities :
Generative AI & AI Engineering
● Develop applications leveraging LLMs and Generative AI services.
● Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions , including document ingestion, embeddings, semantic search, vector retrieval, and contextual response generation.
● Develop AI agents, copilots, and intelligent business assistants that interact with documents, APIs, databases, and internal tools.
● Implement prompt engineering, guardrails, evaluation mechanisms, and AI response-quality monitoring.
● Integrate AI models and services into production-ready business applications.
Backend & Software Development
● Develop scalable and secure REST APIs using Python and FastAPI.
● Build backend services, microservices, integrations, and application connectors.
● Design maintainable and reusable software components.
● Follow software engineering best practices around coding standards, testing, documentation, version control, and code quality.  
Frontend Development
● Develop or integrate web-based user interfaces using React.
● Work with frontend technologies such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular, or Vue.js where required.
● Integrate frontend applications with AI and backend services.
Cloud, DevOps & Industrialization
● Containerize applications using Docker.
● Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.
● Deploy and support applications across Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
● Work with infrastructure and deployment automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
● Contribute to application monitoring, logging, observability, performance optimization, and production support.
● Apply security, governance, and operational best practices to AI solutions.
Architecture & Technical Collaboration
● Contribute to solution architecture, technical design, and code reviews.
● Participate in technical scoping and solution discussions with business and technical stakeholders.
● Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improving solution scalability and reliability.
● Document architectures, technical decisions, APIs, deployment processes, and operating procedures.

● Experience deploying or supporting applications in Azure and/or GCP.
● Understanding of embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
● Experience building production-grade software applications.

Good to Have :
● Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
● Experience with AI Agents and MCP.
● Experience with PostgreSQL and Big Query.
● Experience with Terraform or Ansible.
● Experience implementing AI observability and evaluation frameworks.
● Experience with AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
● Experience taking Gen AI solutions from prototype to production.

Candidate Profile :
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
● 3–8 years of professional software development experience.
● Strong practical experience in Python and backend development.
● Demonstrable experience delivering Generative AI, RAG, AI Agent, or intelligent document-processing solutions.
● Good understanding of cloud architecture, DevOps, APIs, and production deployment.
● Ability to work across AI, backend, frontend, cloud, and deployment components.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative engineering environment.
