Chartered Accountant

Job Summary:

Join Gallagher Mohan, a premier firm specializing in financial analysis and accounting support for the real estate sector, as a Chartered Accountant. This client-facing role involves collaborating with industry leaders to deliver exceptional service, requiring fluency in English and a commitment to excellence in financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and promptly resolving any discrepancies.
Facilitate vendor onboarding and credentialing to verify compliance with company standards.
Process vendor requests for invoices and payments, maintaining clear communication via phone and email.
Conduct GL Posting and R2R Accounting, including journal entries and transaction management.
Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements for properties, ensuring transparency.
Handle monthly bank reconciliations and perform audits to manage revenue streams effectively.
Provide utility management oversight, ensuring timely payments and interactions with the real page platform.

Requirements:

CMA, CPA, CA, or USCPA certification is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of advanced accounting principles and experience with general ledgers.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and other accounting software.
Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills, with strong analytical capabilities.
A minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Fluent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to interact effectively with US customers.
Willingness to work in Pacific Time Zone (PST) hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven ability to work collaboratively within teams while managing individual tasks independently.
Experience in the real estate sector is a plus, enhancing understanding of client needs.
A track record of meeting deadlines and working effectively under pressure.
Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and other accounting management systems.
