AI Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented AI Engineer to join our innovative team in Delhi. In this role, you will design and implement cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies that enhance our products and services, driving efficiency and effectiveness across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy machine learning models to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI project requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
Optimize algorithms and models for performance and scalability to ensure efficient processing of data.
Conduct research on the latest AI trends and technologies to propose innovative strategies for implementation.
Perform data preprocessing and cleaning to ensure high quality input for model training.
Monitor and maintain the performance of deployed models, troubleshooting and refining as necessary.
Create documentation for AI processes and workflows to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI or machine learning engineering.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Hands-on experience with popular AI frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Strong understanding of algorithms, statistics, and data analysis techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI solutions.
Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Contributions to open-source AI projects or relevant publications in the field.
