Institutional Sales (Medical Devices)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated mid-level sales professional with a
passion for the medical devices industry. This role focuses on expanding our
reach within governmental health institutions, making a significant impact on
healthcare delivery through innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at Central and
State Government medical institutions.

Identify new business opportunities within government accounts, specifically
targeting AIIMS, ESIC hospitals, defence hospitals, and railway hospitals.

Execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets while
ensuring customer satisfaction.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to meet the
specific needs of healthcare professionals and procurement officers.

Work closely with internal teams to coordinate effective sales strategies
and ensure successful product launches.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for
strategic planning and business development.

Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, market penetration, and
account development to inform management and drive decision-making.
Requirements:

2-5 years of proven experience in medical device institutional sales,
specifically with government accounts.

Demonstrable sales credentials with a track record of achieving or exceeding
sales targets.

Strong understanding of the procurement processes in government healthcare
institutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to build
relationships with diverse stakeholders.
