Cluster Manager
Job Summary:
The Cluster Manager will lead and manage inside sales operations across a
specific geographical cluster, driving sales growth and enhancing customer
satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep
understanding of the EdTech industry, and the ability to strategize
effectively to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned cluster, ensuring
alignment with overall company goals and objectives.

Monitor sales performance within the cluster and ensure the achievement of
targets.

Drive new customer acquisition and upsell opportunities by leveraging inside
sales techniques and strategies.

Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives, ensuring they meet
individual and team sales targets.

Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to sales team members
to enhance skills and improve performance.

Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics for the
cluster.

Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and
stay updated with the latest developments in the EdTech space.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Education, or related field (MBA
preferred).

6+ years of experience in inside sales, with at least 4 years in a
leadership or managerial role.
- Experience in the EdTech industry is a significant advantage.

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage
and influence customers.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Experience with digital marketing strategies in the education sector.

data-driven decisions.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other sales
