1. Overview of the Role

This is a high-leverage, high-ownership role working directly with the Founder to build Felicity Games into a global gaming company.

You will operate across strategy, execution, analytics, and org-building - solving ambiguous problems, driving key initiatives, and ensuring the company moves faster every week. This is not a “support” role. It is a builder’s role.

2. About Felicity Games

Felicity Games is building a new-age, AI-native game publishing platform from India for the world. We partner with studios globally to discover, test, and scale “forever games” — titles with enduring engagement and strong monetization.

In a hits-driven industry where success rates are <1%, we are increasing the odds through a proprietary stack combining rapid prototyping, data-driven iteration, and performance-led scaling.

We’ve tested 30+ games, scaled multiple titles to meaningful revenue, and are now doubling down on building a $100M ARR global gaming company. Felicity has raised $12.5 M in funding till now.

3. What You Will Own

A. Strategic Projects

Work on high-impact problems across product, growth, monetization, and org design
Break down ambiguous problems into structured plans and execute end-to-end
Support new game launches and scaling strategies

B. Business & Growth Insights

Analyze core metrics (Retention, ARPDAU, CAC, ROAS)
Identify growth levers and recommend actions
Build dashboards, models, and decision frameworks

C. Cross-Functional Execution

Work closely with Product, UA, Data, and Studio teams
Drive alignment across stakeholders
Ensure key initiatives move from idea → execution

D. Founder Leverage

Prepare for key meetings (investors, partners, hires)
Translate discussions into clear action plans
Act as an extension of the Founder in execution

E. Systems & Processes

Build scalable processes for experimentation and reporting
Improve operating cadence (reviews, goal tracking, dashboards)
Bring structure and clarity to fast-moving environments

4. What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)

Key company priorities are executed faster and with higher quality
Clear visibility on metrics and business performance
Cross-team alignment improves significantly
Founder bandwidth is unlocked for highest leverage work
You independently own and drive 2–3 critical initiatives

5. Who You Are

Must Have

2–5 years experience in consulting / startups / product / growth
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
High ownership and bias for action
Ability to operate in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
Clear, structured communication

Good to Have

Experience with consumer apps / gaming
Familiarity with metrics like retention, LTV, CAC
Experience working in cross-functional teams
