Management Representative Engineer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Management Representative (MR) to oversee and maintain quality management systems and compliance documentation.

Reports To: Quality Head / Senior Management

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent with Minimum 2 years of experience in quality management or regulatory documentation roles.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality procedures.

1.     ISO Documentation:

o    Develop, maintain, and update all documentation required for ISO certifications.

o    Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with ISO standards.

2.     Quality Manual & Procedures:

o    Draft and manage the company’s Quality Manual, SOPs, and related documentation.

o    Ensure all procedures are up-to-date and in alignment with current standards.

3.     Licenses & Regulatory Compliance:

o    Maintain records of company licenses, certifications, and ensure timely renewals.

o    Ensure adherence to all statutory and compliance requirements applicable to the business.

4.     Internal Audits & Closure Reports:

o    Plan, schedule, and conduct internal quality audits.

o    Prepare audit reports, track non-conformities, and oversee implementation of corrective actions.

5.     Design File Management:

o    Organize and maintain design history files and technical documents as per QMS requirements.

o    Ensure all design documentation is reviewed, approved, and archived properly.

6.     ECNR:

o    Maintain records of ECNRs (Engineering Change Notes and Records) and coordinate with relevant departments.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of ISO standards (such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, etc.).
• Experience with internal audits and document control.
• Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and across multiple departments.
• Ability to design and use Google Forms and Google Sheets.
• Well versed with MS Office
