Admin Executive
Job Summary:
The Admin Executive plays a vital role in maintaining the efficiency of the
office and supporting the administrative team. This position is essential for
streamlining operations, enhancing productivity, and ensuring smooth
communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations by coordinating appointments, meetings, and
travel arrangements for staff.

Maintain accurate and organized office filing systems, both physical and
electronic, to ensure easy access to information.

Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for
various projects and meetings.

Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, providing
excellent customer service and support.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a
