Key Responsibilities:

Execute monthly production plans for assigned plant section

Monitor process and quality parameters to meet productivity and yield targets

Coordinate with maintenance team for preventive and shutdown activities

Troubleshoot process and quality deviations

Ensure compliance with safety and IMS standards

Optimize machine efficiency and reduce wastage
Requirements:

B.E./B.Tech in Chemical / Production Engineering
-
2–6 years experience in chemical plant operations
-
Experience in process monitoring and troubleshooting
-
Exposure to shift-based operations preferred
