Job Summary:

As a Manager in Project Management focusing on SAP at Acuiti Labs, you will lead the transformation of businesses through innovative SAP solutions. This pivotal role involves managing complex projects within the Order to Cash (O2C) process while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP implementation projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project status, potential risks, and key issues.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle to ensure seamless integration and deployment of SAP solutions.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations, offering strategic consulting advice tailored to client needs.
• Lead and mentor project teams, cultivating a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Engage in presales activities, including crafting proposals, conducting solution demonstrations, and interacting with potential clients to secure new business.
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, to closure.
• Identify and manage project risks, ensuring successful delivery and implementation of projects across diverse international contexts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management using Agile methodologies, particularly in managing SAP implementation projects.
• Strong understanding and experience in managing Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Deep knowledge of SAP modules and architecture to facilitate technical discussions and solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing teams and resolving conflicts in high-pressure settings.
• International project delivery experience across multiple geographies, with sensitivity to diverse cultures and working practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Project Management, specifically within the SAP domain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex project challenges.
