AI/ML Engineer - Conversational AI

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented AI/ML Engineer with a passion for developing cutting-edge conversational AI tools. In this mid-senior level role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing user interactions and driving innovation within our organization, transforming complex data into engaging conversational experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement conversational AI models, utilizing natural language processing techniques to enhance user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms and applications.
Analyze and optimize model performance, employing A/B testing and user feedback to iterate and improve interactive features.
Develop and maintain robust data pipelines to support the training and evaluation of AI models.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
Document AI model processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on conversational AI tools.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch for developing and deploying ML models.
Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
Experience with data preprocessing, feature extraction, and model evaluation methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, with an ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying AI solutions.
Familiarity with chatbot frameworks and tools like Rasa, Dialogflow, or Botpress.
Knowledge of reinforcement learning and advanced machine learning algorithms.
Previous experience in user experience design or human-computer interaction.
Publications or contributions to open-source projects in the fields of AI or machine learning.
