Performance Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
The Performance Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in driving user
acquisition and maximizing return on advertising spend (ROAS) for Techmagnate,
one of India’s leading digital marketing agencies. This position is vital for
enhancing our marketing strategies, optimizing campaigns, and contributing to
the transformational growth of our clients through innovative digital
marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, and optimize user acquisition, remarketing, and retention
campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, Meta
(Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok.

Manage monthly and quarterly marketing budgets, efficiently allocating funds
to achieve target ROAS, LTV:CAC ratios, and overall business objectives.

Continuously conduct A/B testing on creative assets, ad copy, landing pages,
and audience targeting to enhance conversion rates and reduce acquisition
costs.

Track, analyze, and report on campaign metrics utilizing tools like Google
Analytics and MMPs, converting complex data into actionable growth insights.

Collaborate seamlessly with creative teams to develop impactful ad creatives
and landing pages while aligning with product and engineering teams for
tracking accuracy.

Ensure end-to-end tracking precision across platforms using Tag Manager,
pixels, server-side APIs, and multi-touch attribution models.

Stay ahead of the competition by keeping informed about paid media trends,
platform algorithm updates, and emerging advertising channels.
Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid acquisition and performance
marketing campaigns at scale.

Advanced proficiency in Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube, Display) and Meta
Ads Manager.

Strong command of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and mobile
measurement platforms.

Deep understanding of paid creative strategy, including metrics like hook
rate and thumb-stop rate that drive conversions.

Familiarity with attribution frameworks, tracking pixels, and basic HTML/JS
tracking concepts.

Analytical mindset with a focus on hypothesis-driven decision-making and
self-motivation to drive aggressive growth targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with programmatic and retargeting platforms.

Proficient in using Excel/Google Sheets for advanced data analysis including
pivot tables and modeling.

Knowledge of privacy updates affecting digital marketing efforts, such as
iOS changes.
