Job Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders safely and on time.
• Pick up orders from the assigned BigBasket store/dark store.
• Verify orders and customer details before delivery.
• Collect cash payments, if applicable.
• Handle products carefully during transportation.
• Maintain professional and polite behavior with customers.
• Follow the assigned delivery routes and company guidelines.
• Update delivery status through the company’s mobile app.

Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass preferred.
• Valid two-wheeler driving licence.
• Own two-wheeler with valid documents.
• Smartphone with internet connection.
• Good knowledge of Vadodara and nearby areas.
• Freshers can also apply.

Skills Required

• Basic communication skills.
• Customer-friendly attitude.
• Good time management.
• Ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month*
• Incentives based on deliveries/performance.
