Job Summary:

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing high-performance backend solutions using FastAPI and Python. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable backend services using FastAPI and Python, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs that meet business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize software features and enhancements.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends, particularly in agentic AI, and apply relevant advancements to our projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments, ensuring uptime and reliability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend technologies.
• Proficient in Python programming and experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience in database management and integration, particularly with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with agentic AI technologies and methodologies.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and agile development methodologies.
• Previous experience in a lead or senior role, with project management skills.
