Proxgy is seeking a hands-on Senior AI Engineer to build and deploy production-grade AI systems for industrial environments. This is a builder’s role—moving beyond research into scalable, real-world applications across Computer Vision, Edge AI, and Agentic LLM workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Computer Vision & Video Analytics: Develop robust systems for PPE detection, zone monitoring, tracking, and anomaly detection in challenging conditions (low light, occlusion, motion blur).
- Inference & Edge Optimization: Design high-throughput pipelines using NVIDIA DeepStream, Triton, TensorRT, and OpenVINO for edge and cloud deployment.
- Agentic AI & LLMs: Build reliable multi-agent workflows, RAG pipelines, and tool-calling systems for enterprise automation.
- Industrial Sensor Fusion: Integrate video intelligence with IoT telemetry for predictive maintenance and digital twins.
- End-to-End MLOps: Own the full lifecycle—from data annotation and training to drift detection and automated retraining.
Required Technical Skills
- Frameworks: PyTorch/TensorFlow, OpenCV, and the YOLO family (v8, v10, NAS).
- LLM Stack: LangChain/LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Vector DBs, and fine-tuning open-source models (Llama, Mistral).
- Infrastructure: Docker, ONNX, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to handle real-world constraints like latency bottlenecks, class imbalance, and hardware limitations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Someone who can take AI systems from experimentation to production, optimize them for real-world performance, and build scalable, reliable AI products rather than just research models.
