Warehouse Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse,
ensuring efficient management of inventory and logistics. This role is
critical in maintaining a smooth workflow, enhancing productivity, and

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including inventory
management, order processing, and shipping logistics.

Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff, fostering an environment of

Monitor compliance with safety regulations and implement best practices to
ensure a safe workplace.

Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and address
discrepancies promptly.

Collaborate with other departments, including procurement and logistics, to
streamline processes and resolve any issues.

Prepare and maintain reports regarding warehouse operations, productivity
metrics, and staff performance.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant degree or certification in
logistics or supply chain management is a plus.

Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role, with at
least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations.

Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control
processes.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to
motivate and guide a team.

Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse
environment.

Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and inventory
management software.

Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the
ability to multitask effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in a high-volume distribution center or e-commerce
