About the role

We are looking for a high-disciplined HR Executive to own payroll, statutory compliance, and core HR operations. This is a precision role; not a “people engagement” profile. The mandate is zero errors, full compliance, and clean HR systems.

This role is critical to ensuring we remain fully compliant, audit-ready, and operationally tight as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

a) Own Payroll Accuracy & Timeliness

Process monthly payroll end-to-end with zero errors
Manage reimbursements, deductions, and variable payouts
Ensure timely salary disbursement and payslip generation
Handle employee queries with speed and clarity

b) Drive Statutory Compliance (Zero Leakage)

Own PF, ESI, PT, LWF and other statutory filings
Ensure 100% compliance with timelines and documentation
Liaise with external consultants / authorities when required
Maintain audit-ready compliance records at all times

c) Manage Core HR Operations

Roll out offer letters, appointment letters, and contracts
Maintain employee records and documentation hygiene
Ensure smooth onboarding and exit processes
Track attendance, leaves, and policy adherence

d) Build HR Process Discipline

Standardize HR workflows and documentation
Reduce manual errors through process improvements
Maintain clean HR MIS and reporting dashboards
Ensure policy communication is clear and enforced

What We’re Looking For

4–5 years in HR Ops / Payroll / Compliance-heavy roles
Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory requirements
High attention to detail; low tolerance for errors
Process-driven mindset with strong documentation discipline
Ability to handle sensitive data with maturity and confidentiality
