Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer requests to provide tailored software solutions.
• Produce solution artifacts and reliable estimations for project timelines.
• Conduct peer reviews of solution artifacts to maintain high standards of code quality.
• Develop, deploy, and support software solutions throughout their implementation lifecycle.
• Generate relevant documentation to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
• Participate actively in planning sessions, stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Establish and nurture strong business relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 2.5 to 5 years of experience in software programming/development.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ and backend development expertise.
• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Hands-on experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with at least one database management system.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers across various channels.
• Commitment to following established standards and procedures to ensure quality delivery.
