Graduate Analyst

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate listed companies to identify potential investment opportunities that align with firm objectives.
Analyze and assess business models, prepare comprehensive financial models, and conduct due diligence on potential investments.
Monitor and oversee existing investments, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the team.
Collaborate with senior analysts to develop and refine investment research methodologies.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance investment analysis skills.

Requirements:

Strong academic credentials with a focus in finance, economics, business, or related fields.
0-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in investment analysis or finance roles.
Proficient analytical and spreadsheet modeling skills, with a strong aptitude for quantitative analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
Demonstrated passion for investing and a genuine interest in financial markets.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques preferred.
Knowledge of investment research processes and equity markets.
Pursuit of further academic qualifications, such as an MBA or CFA, is highly encouraged.
