Wealth Manager - Fresher Candidate

Job Summary:

As a Wealth Manager at Dvara KGFS, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with their financial goals while promoting our range of products and services. This position is tailored for enthusiastic fresher candidates looking to make a mark in the financial services industry through daily engagement and personalized client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients to discuss and assess their financial needs and goals.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the wealth management sector.
Provide tailored financial advice and service offerings to clients based on individual requirements.
Travel to client locations, covering an average of 30 to 45 km daily, to foster relationships and provide on-the-ground support.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and manage follow-up actions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and achieve team sales targets.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of 12th grade with a passion for finance and client engagement.
Age should be ≤ 25 years.
A valid driver’s license and possession of a two-wheeler for daily travel.
A CIBIL score of 600 or above.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to build rapport with clients.
Basic knowledge of financial products and services would be an advantage.
Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic sales environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in field sales, customer service, or financial services (internships included).
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in local languages to better connect with diverse client demographics.
A genuine interest in personal finance, investment management, and client advocacy.
