Role & responsibilities

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies

- Source candidates

- Screen resumes and applications to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience.

- End to end recruitment.

Preferred candidate profile

- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role

- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and various interview techniques

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
