Backend Tech Lead and Scrum Master

Responsibilities 

• Working with relational and NoSQL databases, 

• Managing server deployment on cloud environments, 

• Optimizing application performance and implementing CI/CD practices. 

• The role also requires proficiency in version control (Git), debugging, authentication, and error handling. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-performance fintech solutions. 

• The role involves handling MySQL administration, performance tuning, query optimization, backups, replication, and troubleshooting, along with managing NoSQL systems such as MongoDB or Redis. 

• The candidate should be skilled in database monitoring, schema design, data modeling, and automation using scripting, with good knowledge of cloud platforms and high-availability setups. 

• The DBA will work closely with development and DevOps teams to ensure efficient database operations, scalability, and reliability.
