Project Manager - Strategic Programs & Transformation

Job Summary:

We are seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager who will play a key role in supporting strategic programs across Vendor Management and Telecom Operations. This position is vital for driving AI-enabled business transformation and automation, ensuring that priorities are executed with discipline and effectiveness while providing clear visibility to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage assigned strategic projects from initiation through execution, adoption, and closure.
Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and decision logs.
Coordinate workstreams across multiple teams including Vendor Management, Product, Technology, Finance, and Operations.
Drive follow-through on tasks, removing execution blockers, and escalating relevant risks while providing clear recommendations.
Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, governance calendars, and produce outcome-focused status reports.
Prepare concise executive updates, decision papers, and presentations for leadership reviews.
Support initiatives involving AI, automation, workflow modernization, and process improvement, ensuring smooth execution and adoption.

Requirements:

6-8 years of experience in project management, program delivery, business transformation, or related fields.
Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and interdependent workstreams.
Strong capability in project planning, risk management, governance, and executive reporting.
Ability to convert ambiguous priorities into structured plans with measurable milestones.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting to leadership.
Proven analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Working knowledge of project delivery methods and tools; certification is valued but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in telecom, technology, enterprise services, or vendor ecosystems.
Exposure to digital transformation, workflow automation, or AI-enabled initiatives.
Familiarity with change management, user adoption, process redesign, or benefits realization.
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent practical delivery experience.
