Maintenance Engineer Electrical

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Pneumatic and Hydraulic Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement pneumatic and hydraulic systems for manufacturing processes to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of pneumatic and hydraulic equipment to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement effective solutions.
Analyze system performance and prepare detailed reports on efficiency and operational conditions.
Provide technical support and training to team members on pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all engineering activities.
Stay updated with the latest industry advancements and integrate innovative technologies where applicable.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field) or a relevant diploma.
4-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment focusing on pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Strong understanding of fluid dynamics and control systems.
Proficiency in technical software for system design and analysis.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to engineering challenges.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Pneumatics and Hydraulics is a plus.
Experience with automation systems and robotics in manufacturing settings.
Proven track record of successful project management and execution.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
