1. JOB PURPOSE
In a market where mutual fund offerings are increasingly commoditized, clear, compelling, and insight-led communication is key to differentiation. This role is a vital responsibility in shaping and delivering high-quality product narratives that reflect our innovation, regulatory strength, and competitive edge. This role will lead the team to translate complex product strategies into impactful messaging for internal and external stakeholders, support product launches and updates with timely collateral, and foster a culture of precision, clarity, and strategic alignment across all product communications.

Strategic Communication & Presentation Leadership
- Product Launch Communications: Drive the creation of high-impact presentations for new fund launches, articulating the product’s differentiators, strategy, and value proposition.
- Investor Engagement Content: Lead development of thought-led presentations for Investor Awareness, industry forums, distributor meets, and investor touchpoints, showcasing fund insights, performance, and market positioning.
Market Intelligence & Insight Communication
- Market & Macro Reports: Guide the synthesis of macroeconomic trends, regulatory updates, and capital market developments into actionable knowledge reports for sales, management, and external partners.
- Monthly Market Outlooks: Oversee the preparation of forward-looking market narratives that support client conversations and internal alignment.
- Event-Driven Commentary: Ensure timely and insightful communication on key market events affecting fund performance or investor sentiment.
Content Governance & Brand Messaging
- Fund Collateral Management: Supervise development and regular updates of fund-specific literature – fact sheets, brochures, and digital assets – ensuring precision, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
- Public Communication Support: Partner with PR and leadership teams to develop press releases, leadership quotes, and media responses that reflect product strength and company positioning.
- Complex Query Management: Provide senior-level responses to nuanced questions from institutional investors, analysts, and internal teams, reinforcing credibility and clarity in communication.
Engagement Analytics & Communication Effectiveness
- Performance Monitoring: Establish systems to track content impact and feedback, leveraging analytics to refine messaging, enhance investor experience, and support sales enablement.

- Strategic Positioning & Messaging: Decide how to craft and differentiate the product narrative to align with investment and brand strategy, market context, and investor expectations.
- Content Planning & Prioritization: Determine which products, themes, or market events require communication focus, and what formats and channels will be most effective.
- Quality & Compliance Oversight: Approve content accuracy, regulatory adherence, and clarity across all investor-facing materials, balancing technical detail with simplicity.
- Team Workflow & Resource Allocation: Structure roles, assign responsibilities, and choose when to build in-house capabilities or outsource elements like design or data work.
- Stakeholder & Sales Alignment: Align messaging with senior leadership and sales teams, respond to complex investor queries, and use feedback loops to optimize communication impact.

7. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
a) Qualifications:
Postgraduate in Finance / Economics / Business Administration
b) Work Experience:
- 7-11 years in Mutual Fund Product / Financial industry with content communication role. (of which at least 7 years in product communication profile)

- Strategic Thinking with Attention to Detail: Ability to see the big picture of brand and product positioning, while ensuring execution accuracy from team.
