Product Manager

Job Summary:

As a Product Manager at HireBound, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI-driven recruitment solutions. You will oversee the development and execution of innovative features to enhance the recruitment lifecycle, ultimately helping organizations streamline their hiring processes and maximize talent acquisition efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and prioritize product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company vision and market needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to successfully deliver new product features.
Conduct market research and user testing to gather insights and validate product ideas.
Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve product offerings continuously.
Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring all parties are informed about product updates, timelines, and outcomes.
Facilitate training and support for internal teams to ensure effective product utilization and understanding.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to keep HireBound at the forefront of HRTech innovation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the HRTech or SaaS space.
Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in recruitment processes.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse teams.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in a related field or an MBA.
Experience working with AI-based products or recruitment technologies.
Proficiency in product management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
Experience in user experience (UX) design principles and conducting user research.
Knowledge of coding or technical capabilities that enable effective communication with engineering teams.
